Excellence in Patient Care
We provide Primary Care with a wide spectrum of healthcare services from Integrative Medicine perspective.
We offer home visits as well as telemedicine visits. Home visits mean we come to you. You never have the frustration of sitting in a waiting room!
We work to manage chronic problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation, CHF, pain management just to name a few. We provide wellness exams, screenings, and sick visits in addition to follow up on routine screenings
Another focus is health and wellness, weight loss, as well as lifestyle modification with a holistic and integrative medicine approach. We work with you to find what works best for you and your life so that you may attain your optimal health and well being. We always remember that YOU are an integral part of your healthcare team.
Integrative medicine is an approach which addresses the entire whole you. You are not just the person with an illness or just the high blood pressure- you are a whole person with many facets to your life. We take into account as many aspects as possible to reach your optimal health. Sometimes this requires medications, sometimes it does not. Sometimes other treatments may be beneficial, such as specific supplements and other modifications.

Dr Hill is a board certified, independently practicing nurse practitioner with years of varied experience. He also is board certified in pain management, PMGT-BC. He received his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Virginia and has worked at several area hospitals. He is up to date on developments in conventional medicine and guidelines. After his wife suffered a chemical brain injury, looking for additional treatments he studied Integrative Medicine, becoming a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, as well as a certified Cannabis Healer, IHP, and certification by the Society of Cannabis Clinicians. He has studied Lifestyle Medicine with board certification, DipACLM, is currently a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

We also provide evaluations and certifications for medical cannabis which may help with chronic pain, neurological problems, PTSD, insomnia, and many other health issues.
IV Therapy
Here for You
We can also provide IV therapy in the home. For example High dose vitamin C infusions for specific indications. High dose Vitamin C has been shown to help with reduction of inflammation in many different health problems. It has been shown to help with COVID as well as the lingering symptoms.
Myers' cocktail has been shown to help with chronic fatigue, migraine, respiratory infections, just to name a few.
Our Story
It has been my dream to make affordable quality healthcare available to everyone and I have seen that it can take weeks or months to get in to see a Primary Care Provider. After years working in hospitals, I could see that there is ever increasing pressure to see more patients, corners being cut, providers not taking the time to listen to patients. I also get concerned when I see many practices that charge outrageous membership fees, making healthcare out of reach for most people. The current model of healthcare is broken.
I remember stories of the old days when 'Doctors made House calls." When I was looking a new model for practice, I realized that office rent was a huge expense. So stepping back, making house calls was a great opportunity to reduce costs AND spend more time with patients. Dr Osler once said to listen to the patient- They're telling you the diagnosis, and I have found this to be true. Medicine is not one size fit all. All people are individuals and need to be treated as such. Bringing all this together with the latest primary care guidelines, Integrative Medicine principles, and Lifestyle Medicine approach means well balanced, individual healthcare. In this way we are able to get to the root of the problem and work together to find solutions.

standard fees
The standard fee for an in home visit, usually 1 hour, is $100. A detailed receipt will be given with all necessary codes that can be uploaded to the private insurance website for direct reimbursement in some cases or to apply toward your deductible
Discounts
Significant discounts are available for low income, Medicare, and Medicaid
IV Therapy
Home IV therapy, due to equipment and supplies, is $150 (plus the cost of medications which you pay directly to the pharmacy.)
I call the prescription to the pharmacy, they fill it and deliver to you. When all is ready, I come and administer.
Telemedicine/ Phone consults
I am always available for my patients- concierge medicine without the concierge membership fees!
A quick follow up call is no problem. For full formal consultation by phone or telemedicine is $30 half hour or $60 for 1 hour.
Medical Cannabis Certification
Telemedicine evaluation for certification for medical cannabis usually takes an hour. All medications are reviewed as well as evaluation of symptoms and diagnoses. Advice on dosing as well as use is also reviewed. $100
